Grilled Hanger Steak

Sometimes known as “butcher’s steak”, because butchers would often keep it for themselves rather than offer it for sale, the Hanger Steak is usually the most tender cut and is best marinated and cooked quickly over high heat.

Ingredients: Hanger Steak, Salt, Pepper, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Shallots, Red Chiles, Cilantro, Parsley, Oregano, Olive Oil, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Red Onion

Red Skin Potatoes: Red Skin Potatoes, Cream, Butter, Apple Cider Vinegar, Whole Grain Mustard, Green Onion, Salt, Pepper
