Wooo Doggie! as Jed would say.  Pan fried pork cutlets seasoned just right smothered in an apple brandy jus and served with warm redskin potatoes and a sauteed squash medley.

Ingredients: Pork Loin, Salt, Pepper, Egg, Flour, Panko, Brandy, Pork Stock, Green Apples, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Red Onion, Red Skin Potatoes, Cream, Butter, Whole Grain Mustard, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Onions
