Egusi Lamb Stew
Egusi is a traditional West African dish prepared from Spinach or whatever local greens people have with the key ingredient being the Egusi, Melon seeds. Our House Saffron rice is Jasmine rice steamed with a lot of saffron and spices. Our signature bread pudding is best served with a dash of warm milk. It contains, milk, eggs some cinnamon and our house made bread we call Tilly Bread made from flour, cane sugar, vegetable oil, and apple pie spice.
